·         Dress Code
On the Course.  Some would say that this part of Suffolk is pleasantly behind the times. Aldeburgh is certainly a traditional Golf Club and likes to see its members and visitors dressed accordingly.  Golf shoes are advisable because the 'rough' can be rough going.  Shorts are permitted but gentleman who choose to wear them are asked to wear knee-length socks.  Ladies and gentlemen are asked to wear collared shirts.
In the Clubhouse.  Aldeburgh has a prescribed dress code which ranges from smart casual to formal according to the day and time of day.  Please ask for details when arranging your visit.
